Job summary

o5 group is seeking a Wholesale Planning Analyst – Sales and Inventory to drive the end-to-end seasonal buying process and monitor in-season retail performance for key accounts.

You will bridge Sales, Merchandising and Production, managing order intake, consolidating data, and leading Seasonal Buy Review meetings to optimize margins.

This cross-functional role builds analytics foundations, tracks SKU adoption, and supports growth opportunities across fashion categories.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in wholesale or retail apparel.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with large data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with master files and pivot reporting.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end seasonal buying process for trend-forward assortment.
• Consolidate sales data into a master file by style and color.
• Lead Seasonal Buy Review meetings with cross-functional leadership.
• Evaluate MOQs, margins, and brand strategy to greenlight styles.
• Communicate changes, cancellations, or updates to the seasonal line.
• Own in-season retail analytics for defined accounts.
• Analyze POS and inventory data with SPS Commerce and retailer portals.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for growth.
