Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Joliet, IL is hiring a Wholesale Product Specialist to help customers choose the right paint and coatings, process sales, and support deliveries. You will maintain product knowledge, assist with tinting and mixing to specs, and strive to meet store sales goals while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment and assist in deliveries when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options to improve sales.
