Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain commercial loan documentation for accurate origination and servicing.
• Verify collateral information, disclosures, and supporting materials for regulatory compliance.
• Review due diligence to ensure proper authorization and lien perfection.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and internal partners with clear information.
• Maintain records in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Complete work accurately within deadlines while meeting quality standards.
• Identify routine issues and take appropriate action per procedures.
• Communicate information requiring explanation to teammates and partners.
• Support departmental initiatives and assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, policies, and procedures governing bank operations.
