Job summary

Stack's Bowers Galleries seeks a full‑time Warehouse Inventory Associate to handle shipments, verify quantities, and manage inventory in our Costa Mesa facility. You will process orders, maintain records, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate stock levels.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic proficiency with Office 365 tools. This position is based in our office, with regular weekday hours and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and time management are essential.
• Proficiency in Office 365, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments of numismatic items, verify quantities and inspect quality against PO/invoices.
• Use proprietary software to process and manage inventory (POs, invoices, transfers, grading).
• Organize warehouse inventory with labeling/shelving for easy access.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels for shortages or surpluses.
• Fulfill wholesale orders, package items, and prepare documentation for delivery.
• Reconcile physical counts with records and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to purchase inventory and resolve shipment issues.
• Support sales and customer service with inventory availability and product specs.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve company objectives and deliver excellent service.
