Job Description:

The Wholesale Initiatives Execution Leader manages a diverse team serving as the central program/project management arm for all change initiatives within Wholesale (Tier 2 and Tier 3). This role involves partnering with enterprise and functional teams to ensure projects are on track, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives in accordance with PMLC. The team also represents Wholesale in enterprise-wide change initiatives affecting Wholesale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Wholesale leadership to enhance performance across key initiatives
  • Lead meetings, advisory councils, and steering committees to facilitate decision-making and support Wholesale strategy implementation
  • Stay informed about changes in risk programs, PMLC, and related governance routines to serve as SME for Wholesale
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure the success of Wholesale initiatives
  • Represent Wholesale in enterprise change programs
  • Work closely with the Portfolio Planning team to align on the change roadmap
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and trust through transparent communication

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, and project management preferred
  • Understanding of Wholesale Banking fundamentals, including products, services, organizational structure, and processes
  • 4+ years in credit, portfolio, or relationship management
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic focus
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive growth initiatives across Wholesale
  • Influence and negotiate effectively with senior leaders
  • Experience fostering partnership, teamwork, and inclusivity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and present complex data effectively
  • Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment
