A leading financial institution is seeking a Wholesale Initiatives Execution Leader to oversee project management for change initiatives in Wholesale. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure projects meet strategic objectives. Candidates should have extensive experience in strategic planning and project management, with a strong focus on relationship management and communication skills. This position offers a chance to influence enterprise-wide changes and foster a culture of collaboration.
The Wholesale Initiatives Execution Leader will manage a diverse team that serves as the central execution arm - program / project management - for all change initiatives contained within Wholesale (Tier 2 and Tier 3). This includes strong partnership with enterprise / functional teams to ensure projects are on track, on budget, and meeting strategic objectives in compliance with PMLC. In addition to being responsible for Wholesale led changes, the team will represent Wholesale for Enterprise-wide change that impacts Wholesale.
