Your Talent Team in New York is seeking a Wholesale Fashion Sales Assistant to support our men’s brands sold through Saks and Neiman Marcus. You will assist senior sales executives with daily activities, manage orders, and help prepare showroom materials.

The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience in wholesale fashion, familiarity with EDI/BlueCherry is a plus, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of wholesale fashion experience or related non-retail fashion environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proactive follow-up.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Account Executive with daily sales activities and customer service initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and assistants at key accounts.
• Process orders including entry, purchase orders, and EDI transactions.
• Communicate deadlines and order updates to retail partners.
• Photograph merchandise for sales appointments and line sheets.
• Organize showroom samples and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare for seasonal market activities and showroom setups.
• Attend showroom meetings and document action items.
• Coordinate preparation, shipment, and tracking of market materials.
