You will work with business leaders, Recruiting, Finance, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into actionable workstreams and deliverables.

The role emphasizes business understanding, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making, using Excel, PowerPoint, and 365 tools to communicate insights and drive results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of internship, analyst, and associate programs.
• Own defined workstreams and deliverables, translating business objectives into requirements, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate business-relevant training, leader engagement, manager touchpoints, participant communications, and other program activities.
• Identify risks and execution gaps, resolve issues within scope, and elevate decisions with clear context and recommendations.
• Support future-state program design, new pathways, operating model changes, curriculum updates, and manager readiness based on business needs.
