Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience managing business processes or related decisions on the business side.
• Translate enterprise strategic planning into software and data management needs.
• Executive-level communications, negotiation, and facilitation skills with vendors.
• Knowledge of current and emerging application software products and tools.
• Extensive project management experience with multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong analytical and architectural skills.
• Manage a high volume of internal client relationships.
• Knowledge of all phases of software engineering life cycle and process improvement models.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate business processes and the associated critical data elements (CDEs).
• Onboard CDEs and related business metadata; collaborate with stakeholders and COE.
• Define data quality rules and align with enterprise standards; monitor issues and mitigations.
• Maintain and update the central metadata repository with business metadata content.
• Define data privacy rules and align with the Enterprise Privacy Policy.
• Collaborate across Data Domain Working Group and Data Quality COE to ensure governance alignment.
• Oversee archiving, retention, and data destruction requirements for CDEs.
