Job summary

Dôen is seeking a Wholesale Customer Care Rep (Majors) to serve large retail clients, mini majors, and international accounts from our Los Angeles area. This hybrid role requires in-office presence Mon-Thurs and remote on Fridays, reporting to Wholesale Operations.

You will manage orders, provide product information, and coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure excellent service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fashion customer service, familiarity with Netsuite/JOOR/Shopify, and strong

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in fashion/retail apparel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• ERP/BD platforms (Netsuite/JOOR/Shopify) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for wholesale customers including major accounts and international clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Finance to process orders and ship within windows.
• Update and maintain order records in Netsuite and JOOR for visibility.
• Assist with returns, credits and order adjustments with the DC.
• Identify trends in inquiries and work with teams to improve service levels.
