Job summary

Truist is seeking a Wholesale Credit Delivery Associate/Analyst to support underwriting and analysis for Commercial Banking, CRE, or Wealth segments. You will help assess client risk, coordinate documentation, and collaborate with senior leaders to structure credit solutions.

The role emphasizes adherence to credit policy, cross-functional teamwork, and developing ownership over assigned clients and opportunities. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• 2–3 years of Commercial Banking, CRE, or wealth specialty experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CRE credit delivery principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Diligence and underwriting documentation for less complex, smaller credit relationships.
• Coordinate with Credit Officers and finalize documentation through closing.
• Ensure loan agreements meet approval documents and address issues with Relationship Manager.
• Analyze financial statements and projections to assess client risk.
• Monitor risk metrics and ensure compliance within portfolio.
• Act as client and internal contact to manage assigned portfolio.
