Job summary

A growing wholesale flooring company in Missouri is seeking a Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager to oversee the full-cycle accounting function. This role includes preparing financial reports, managing inventory accounting, and ensuring GAAP compliance. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of accounting experience, particularly in distribution or wholesale industries, as well as proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks. Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in distribution or wholesale.
• Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in full-cycle accounting and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, and GL.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
