The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and SAP/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field).
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and account analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial results and explain budget-to-actual variances.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making and process improvement.
