The candidate should have 1+ years in a related field, a finance degree, and strong detail-orientation, organization, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar required.
  • Experience working in a trading environment and supporting whole loan trading desk.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong organization skills and adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with high volume mortgage products in the Whole Loan space.
  • Exposure to servicer remittance processing and loan repurchase/EPD identification.
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize MS Office and related tools to support trading desk activities.
  • Knowledge of MERS/LMS/E-Notes is a plus.

Role Description:

  • Familiarity with high volume mortgage products in the Whole Loan space
    • RTL – Residential Transition Loans / ‘Fix and Flip’
    • Non QM – Non Qualified Mortgage
    • NPL/RPL – Non-Performing / Re-performing Loans
    • SBC – Small Balance Commercial
    • REO – Real Estate Owned Assets
  • Exposure to and knowledge of:
    • Servicer remittance processing

    • Excel
