Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and freshness; ensure proper rotation.
• Process customer special orders; logs and retrieves as needed.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature and sweep worksheets.
• Follow department procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking of product.
• Assist in training new Team Members using provided materials.
• Support national, regional and store programs.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain clean, sanitary working and shopping environment; ensure equipment is kept in good condition.
• Perform opening, mid and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
