Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. in Portland, ME is seeking a Team Member in the Whole Body department to deliver courteous, friendly service and maintain attractive displays.

You will handle stock, assist customers, and help uphold health and safety standards while supporting store programs and initiatives. No retail experience required; must lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation.
• Logs, processes, and retrieves customer special orders.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Follows department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product.
• May assist in training of new Team Members, utilizing all learning checklists and training materials.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
