• Deliver excellent customer service and apply suggestive selling.
• Answer phones and pages promptly and courteously.
• Follow procedures for safety, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work and shopping environments.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify pricing signs.
• Report safety hazards or violations immediately.
