Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks team members for the Whole Body department to deliver courteous service and maintain attractive displays. You will learn product knowledge, assist customers, and support company programs while following health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include fresh product checks, order processing, and assisting with training. Flexible shifts, and the chance to grow within a values-driven team are offered.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation.
• Logs, processes, and retrieves customer special orders.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Follows department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product.
• May assist in training of new Team Members, utilizing learning checklists and training materials.
• Supports national, regional and store programs.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
