• Perform branch activities including transaction processing, account opening, customer servicing, and referrals with accuracy and compliance.
• Build and deepen customer relationships by engaging customers and connecting them with suitable products.
• Support branch sales, service, and promotional initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist leadership with daily operations including transaction approvals, reporting, and balancing.
