Job summary
Myriad360 is seeking a White Glove Infrastructure Technician to install, integrate, test, and document enterprise networking, wireless, compute, storage, and data center infrastructure at customer locations across North America. You will ensure clean, precise installations meeting specifications and Myriad360’s White Glove standards.
The role includes travel, onboarding through the White Glove Academy, and direct customer interaction.
Qualifications
- This role requires hands-on experience installing enterprise network, data center, or IT infrastructure.
- Experience with structured copper and fiber‑optic cabling is essential.
- Ability to read floor plans, rack elevations, and installation drawings.
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Install, mount, and cabling for enterprise networking and data center gear.
- Build clean rack elevations and ensure proper cable management.
- Install wireless access points and validate placement per design docs.
- Document installations, update as-built drawings, and provide field support.
- Travel extensively to customer sites, including overnight stays.
