Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a hands-on White Glove Infrastructure Technician to install, test, and document enterprise networking, wireless, compute, and data center infrastructure across North America.

The role requires reading engineering docs, performing rack integration, cabling, and site validation while delivering high-quality customer experiences. On-site, travel-heavy work with Myriad360’s White Glove standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience installing enterprise network, data center, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience with structured copper and fiber-optic cabling.
• Experience mounting wireless access points and enterprise network equipment.
• Ability to read floor plans, rack elevations, cable schedules, and installation drawings.
• Basic understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure hardware.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel and scheduled maintenance windows.

Responsibilities

• Install, mount, replace, relocate, and decommission enterprise networking and infrastructure equipment.
• Rack and stack switches, routers, firewalls, servers, storage systems, UPS units, rack PDUs, and related technology.
• Install network cabinets, equipment racks, cable management systems, ladder racks, basket trays, conduit, raceways, and cable pathways.
• Verify equipment placement against floor plans, rack elevations, and implementation documentation.
• Maintain proper equipment alignment, airflow, accessibility, and long-term serviceability.
• Pull, route, terminate, label, and test copper and fiber cabling; install fiber infrastructure.
