Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Field Services Technician to perform remote-based installations and support across North America. You will install, test, document, and validate enterprise networking, wireless, compute, and data center infrastructure at customer sites, ensuring adherence to engineering docs and White Glove standards.

You will complete the Myriad360 White Glove Academy within 30 days, gaining hands-on experience and certification to independently represent the company on customer

Qualifications

• Experience installing enterprise network, data center, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience with structured copper and fiber-optic cabling.
• Experience mounting wireless access points and enterprise network equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, mount, replace, relocate, and decommission enterprise networking and infrastructure equipment.
• Rack and stack switches, routers, firewalls, servers, storage systems, UPS units, rack PDUs, and related technology.
• Build clean, organized rack elevations and certify installed cabling.
