Responsibilities

• Represent clients in government investigations, internal investigations, and white collar defense.
• Respond to inquiries and enforcement actions by federal and state agencies.
• Conduct witness interviews, internal reviews, and factual investigations.
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and investigative reports.
• Manage litigation and investigations in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate across practice groups to develop strategic legal solutions.
• Participate in case assessment, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Provide practical, business-oriented counsel on regulatory and litigation challenges.
