Job summary

Agropur in Hull, Iowa seeks a Whey Utility Operator I to support whey production. You will become proficient across whey department equipment, cover for absences, and train colleagues in SAP, MES, and RF gun while ensuring GMP and safety standards.

The role offers a 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation with competitive compensation and health benefits. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.
• Forklift certification is preferred or provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate every piece of equipment in the whey department.
• Assist in covering operator absences and vacations.
• Train others in SAP, MES, and RF gun; ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Monitor gauges and maintain production and sanitation standards.
