Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-3 years of food manufacturing experience desirable, operator experience preferred.
• HTST Operator certification must be attained within nine months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors WPC production equipment including separators, heat treatment, filtration, evaporators, and bagging systems.
• Monitors process parameters (flow, pressure, temperature) and records data.
• Performs routine sanitation and cleaning; ensures GMP and HACCP compliance.
