Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with GMP, HACCP and safety rules.
• Able to collect product samples for performance analysis.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to sanitation schedules.
• Operate and troubleshoot bagging and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain storage bins, transfer lines, hoppers, bulk bagging equipment, metal detection, ink jets, palletizer and stretch wrap.
• Collect samples of product for performance analysis.
• Follow Master Sanitation Schedule and clean/sanitize systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on the bagging system and troubleshoot issues.
