Job summary

United States Army Reserve seeks an Entry Level Mechanic to maintain and repair wheeled and armored vehicles, ensuring readiness for mission-critical roles. You will supervise maintenance tasks and support recovery operations on diverse fleets, from wheeled to tracked equipment.

Ideal candidates will assist with inspections and servicing of electrical systems and vehicle subsystems, contributing to reliability and operational safety in a military environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with wheeled and armored vehicles maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems is a plus.
• Willingness to perform maintenance, repair and recovery operations in a military setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform maintenance, repair, and recovery on wheeled vehicles and select armored vehicles.
• Inspect, service, maintain, repair, replace, adjust and test vehicle subsystems and components.
• Work with automotive electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and starting/charging systems.
