Rogers Group seeks a Wheel Loader Operator for the Cross Plains Asphalt Plant in Nashville, TN. The role centers on loading aggregates for asphalt production with a front-end loader, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Required: at least 1 year of loader experience, ability to work day shifts with some weekend hours, and capability to perform general plant maintenance and labor tasks. Wage starts at $24/hour.

Competenze

• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Have at least one year experience operating a mid-to-large wheeled front-end loader (CAT 980/988 or Komatsu WA500-8).
• Ability to perform general labor, maintenance, and clean-up around the asphalt plant.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as track hoe, backhoe, or skid steer preferred.
• Experience working around an asphalt plant preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to pick up new tasks quickly.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• I-9 documentation must be provided.

Mansioni

• Operate a wheeled loader to load aggregate into bins for asphalt production.
• May operate other heavy equipment as needed by production.
