Numotion in Houston, TX is seeking a Service Technician to service and repair complex manual and powered wheelchairs and essential medical equipment in shop and in the field.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or minimum one year of related experience.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical experience; medical equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for equipment repair.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Valid State Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record; travel to locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or field.
• Maintain rental and stock equipment for customer use.
• Keep shop/warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain delivery vehicles in safe operating condition.
• Receive, store, and ship parts with accurate inventory tracking.
• Complete documentation with signatures and timely reporting.
• Educate customers/caregivers on proper use and safety.
• Perform minor fittings and adjustments for user comfort.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Participate in required in-service training to stay current.
