Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read simple instructions, memos, and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret graphs for audits.

Responsibilities

• Handle wheels from machining operations and deburr, inspect per audit requirements.
• Keep line running with a 12-hour rotating schedule and every-other-weekend duty.
• Perform 100% visual inspections using inspection sheets.
• Complete dimensional audits and SPC checks on time.
• Lift wheels to skids and tag pallets correctly.
• Balance, inspect, and ensure smooth flow to downstream processes.
• Work as part of a team to maintain production line movement.
