Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Some experience in manufacturing required.
• Walk in between machines for the majority of the shift.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for checking the result of automatic deburring processes.
• Responsible for examining the appearance of machined wheels and report defects to process technician in time.
• Other duties as assigned or designated.
• Gauging: use calibrated go/no-go gauge to check dimensions on a wheel.
• Decide whether wheel is in/out of tolerance.
• Visually inspect wheels.
• Rework any non-conforming wheels.
• Load back on conveyor.
