Job summary

Sisson Contracting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Wheel Loader Operator to join our underground utility team. You will operate and manage heavy equipment across various job sites and weather conditions, with a focus on gravity sewers, water lines, and storm drains.

Applicants must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, work as part of a team, and have reliable transportation. A demo of experience is required prior to hiring and the role offers weekly pay with overtime, plus benefits as

Qualifications

• Underground utility experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Operate heavy equipment, including excavators and front-end loader.
• Must be able to follow directions, be a team player, and communicate.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in varying weather at different project sites.

Responsibilities

• All applicants will be asked to perform a demo of their experience prior to being hired.
• Paid weekly - 40 hours + overtime weekly. Monday - Thursday, Friday 7-12. 90 Day Review/ Annual Review.
