AUTOKINITON is hiring an Assembly Operator in Auburn, Indiana for the Weld Department on the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). The role reports to Production Supervisors within Operations and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate welding equipment, load parts, and ensure weld quality while contributing to a safe, collaborative work environment. We provide competitive wages starting at $21.00/hour with shift premium, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company

Assembly Operator (Weld Dept) – 3rd Shift (10pm-6:30am)

This full-time, hourly, role is a part of our Operations team and reports to Production Supervisor.

Required experience:

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
