Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician in the Allen, TX area. You will use the latest equipment to align wheels and tires and ensure vehicles travel straight and true.

Requirements include being at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, and having 1 year of experience or training in tire mounting and balancing; a state inspection license is preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education/training.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to improve tire wear and ensure travel straight and true.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs as needed.
• Perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs for customers.
