Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Cheektowaga area is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician. You will use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels on customer vehicles, measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure optimal handling and minimal tire wear.

Additional duties include inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs, along with other routine services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Requires 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or related education/training.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight tracking.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs.
• Perform other basic automotive services as needed.
