Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking an Alignment Technician to perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, and routine services in a fast-paced, customer-focused store environment. You will ensure safety and quality, deliver outstanding service, and keep the workspace clean and organized.

The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to Belle Tire standards. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of alignment experience, a Michigan mechanic certification if applicable, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification is required (applicable in Michigan).
• At least 1 year of vehicle alignment experience.
• Customer-first mindset and focus on safety and quality.
• Preferred ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and routine services.
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire's high quality and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations for quality and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
