Job summary

Belle Tire in Indiana is seeking an Alignment Technician to perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension work, oil changes, and routine services, upholding safety and quality standards.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and safe work area, and support team goals in a fast-paced retail shop environment. This role requires at least 1 year of alignment experience, a valid driver's license, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only).
• At least 1 year of vehicle alignment experience.
• Customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
