Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking an Alignment Technician to perform wheel alignments, steering and suspension repairs, and routine services in a fast-paced store environment. You will ensure quality and safety while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean work area.

The role requires 1 year of alignment experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet physical demands. Indiana location; some stores require Michigan certs for applicable work.

Qualifications

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only)
• 1 year of vehicle alignment experience
• Customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments, steering/suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine services.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
