Job summary

PureField Ingredients LLC in Kansas is seeking a General Utility team member for our Wheat Plant. You will support Mill & Process Operators to keep production running smoothly, safely, and in compliance with SQF and FSMA policies.

This 12-hour shift position follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with day and night rotations, built-in overtime, and 24/7 coverage to support ongoing operations. High school diploma required; strong teamwork, reliability, and ability to communicate clearly are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with food safety policies is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety and SQF procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mill & Process Operators to ensure production runs safely.
• Collect samples and label them for lab analysis.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow SQF policies.
• Attend SQF safety meetings and support 24/7 operations.
• Perform light maintenance as needed.
