Job summary

iHerb seeks a WhatsApp & Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead channel management and influencer activations for the Hong Kong market. The role, hybrid and based in Tokyo or Seoul, will align with global brand standards and collaborate with Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, and Brand teams.

You will develop localized campaigns, manage influencers, and drive engagement to support growth across APAC regions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience executing WhatsApp campaigns and influencer activations.
• Strong ability to analyze campaign data and drive optimization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow iHerb's WhatsApp channel for Hong Kong audience, including content planning and engagement.
• Identify, vet, onboard and manage local influencers across tiers (macro to micro).
• Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns: outreach, briefs, content review, schedules, and performance tracking.
• Develop localized content aligned with global brand standards while maintaining Hong Kong relevance.
• Monitor performance and report on reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
