Responsibilities

• Host live sales events on Whatnot platform to promote Chesapeake Crab Connection products.
• Prepare and present products on camera; explain offers and specials; engage viewers.
• Set up physical display and streaming equipment; manage inventory featured in shows.
• Coordinate with sales and fulfillment to ensure accurate orders.
• Develop show themes; highlight promotions; maintain brand voice.
• Collect viewer feedback; suggest improvements for future shows.
• Support in-person customer interactions at Lancaster location as needed.
