Zusammenfassung

Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking team members to deliver attentive guest service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will take and enter orders, deliver meals, and ensure accurate payments while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Role requires standing for the full shift, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic English literacy. Florida Vendor and food-safety certifications must be completed per state statutes. Five-day work week with benefits available.

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and training
• Support fellow employees in table appearance, running food/drink
• Know menu items and promotions; answer guest questions
• Accurately take orders and enter into POS system
• Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner
• Assess guests’ demeanor and know when to escalate to a Manager
• Handle payments and provide correct change promptly
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework
• Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed
• Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly
• Accurately write down guests’ orders and enter into POS system, in a timely manner
• Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
• Ability to assess guests’ demeanor and identify when to summon a Manager
• Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework
• Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests
• Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift
• Can reach, bend, stoop frequently
• Able to deliver plates, and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Whale's Rib and Florida statutes
• Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Whale's Rib and Florida statutes
• Five (5) Day Work Week
