Job summary

Grow Landscaping is seeking a Grounds Crew Member to support daily upkeep and landscaping of properties. The role reports to the Grounds Crew Leader and focuses on keeping grounds clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities include equipment prep, mowing, trimming, edgers use, debris removal, and assisting with all grounds maintenance tasks in all weather conditions. Requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year of landscaping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift over 60 lbs.
• Stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods (10+ hours).
• Walk 2–6 miles per day and carry backpacks weighing over 20 lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions; dependable and able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
