Job summary

Qualifications

• Inbound/outbound contact experience preferred.
• Ability to explain financial-protection options clearly.
• Comfortable on camera and engaging over video calls.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound conversations from prospective clients.
• Explain benefit options in simple terms so clients can decide.
• Help eligible clients enroll when it is a fit and follow up consistently.
