Job summary

A travel service provider is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join as independent contractors. This role offers flexibility to work from home while helping clients with vacation planning and providing exceptional customer service. Training and support will be provided to ensure your success in building a profitable career in the travel industry. Candidates should be organized self-starters with strong communication skills, and a computer and internet access are required.

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented self-starter is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must possess a computer, phone, and reliable high-speed internet.
• Availability to assist clients, as needed.
• Complete orientation and training (required).
• Experience not required but considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with vacation planning and delivery of services.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel process.
• Build and maintain a personal book of clients with provided training.
• Participate in marketing activities to drive leads and increase your sales (training provided).
• Participation in team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to include goal setting.
• Track and report commissions and performance data.
• Willingness to participate in educational opportunities, where available.
