The Hoffmann Sr. Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven, motivated, and coachable entrepreneurs to join our team. Help us protect families across the nation with life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advice. This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped commissions paid daily. Agents can build their own teams and obtain contractual ownership of their agencies, creating passive income and building a legacy for their families.

What we do:

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and training, both virtual and in-person.
• Work with warm leads from families requesting coverage.
• Meet virtually with families to protect them through various products.
• Offer flexible hours and work environment for a healthy work-life balance.
• Hire based on character, not experience, and promote personal growth.
• Design policies to meet clients' needs and protect families with the best products available.

• Cold calling
• Scam calls

Qualifications:
