First-Year Earning Potential: $70,000–$120,000 (OTE)

Position Overview:

This is a full sales cycle role with first-year earning potential between $70,000 and $120,000, based on performance. You will manage the entire client process—from prospecting and consultations to closing and post-sale service—all conducted virtually via Zoom. Your role is to understand client needs and guide them toward meaningful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients
  • Conduct virtual consultations to understand client needs
  • Present tailored solutions and close sales professionally
  • Provide post-sale support and build long-term relationships
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with existing clients
  • Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using Zoom and digital tools
  • Self-motivation and effective time management
  • A positive, people-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in full-cycle sales or leadership is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training and support
  • 100% remote work from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada
