Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in physical, natural, environmental sciences, environmental planning or related field.
• Three years of professional supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross‑disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide environmental permitting efforts related to wetlands and habitat.
• Coordinate strategic planning and policy implementation across programs.
• Supervise a team of wetland specialists and provide mentorship.
• Engage with federal/state/local/tribal partners to support regulatory processes.
