ICF is seeking a motivated Wildlife Biologist to join our Texas team, conducting wetland delineations and biological surveys for infrastructure projects across Texas and the U.S.

Texas-based candidates preferred; certifications such as CWB or PWS are a plus, with opportunities to grow within a multidisciplinary environmental practice.

Qualifications

• Field surveys, wetland delineations, habitat assessments, and regulatory writing.
• Experience leading/assisting wildlife habitat assessments and surveys; environmental permitting (WOTUS).
• Ability to work independently in the field for extended periods; travel up to 30-60%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and author/review reports for infrastructure projects.
• Lead or support teams in field biology and wetlands efforts.
• Prepare USACE 404/10 permit applications and mitigation plans.
• Describe project findings and regulatory implications clearly in reports.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to project strategies.
