ICF Olson seeks a Senior Biologist and Permitting Expert to provide strategic guidance on technical approaches and permitting solutions for infrastructure projects across Texas and the U.S.

You will lead interdisciplinary teams, apply senior-level expertise on the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and NEPA/other laws, mentor staff, and develop efficient permitting strategies while strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelora0dgree in Environmental Policy or related fields.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting or applicable fields.
• Experience with environmental permitting projects in Texas.
• Experience with regulatory practices and species in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Lead interdisciplinary teams delivering field studies, analyses, and regulatory work.
• Provide senior-level expertise and writing for projects involving CWA, ESA, NHPA and other laws.
• Mentor, train, and guide junior staff; develop permitting strategies and client proposals.
